- High quality raw materials
The production process of Yumeya chairs starts with carefully selected raw materials such as aluminum, and all product designs take into account maximum strength to ensure that every piece of furniture can meet the needs of the busiest commercial environment. We use aluminum with the highest level of 6061 in the industry. The thickness of aluminum material exceeds 2.0mm, and the strength parts is even more than 4.0mm, but it does not affect weight. In addition, Yumeya also uses patented tubes and structures in furniture production. When reinforced tubing are used on chairs, the strength is at least twice that of conventional ones.

- Welding Robots
So far, Yumeya factory has introduced a total of six welding robots imported from Japan, and one machine can weld 500 chairs per day, 3 times more efficient than human. With unified standard, the error can be controlled within 1mm. At the same time, due to the high precision of the Robots, when the error of the weldment exceeds 1.0 mm, the robots will automatically stop for detection, thus effectively ensuring the standard of Yumeya’s products.
- PCM Machine
Yumeya has achieved the effect of one to one matching of wood grain paper and frame through PCM machine. By doing this, PCM machines improve the efficiency by more than 5 times and greatly reduces the cost. What is more, The joints between piping can be covered with clear wood grain, without too large seams or no covered wood grain.
- Testing Machine
Yumeya has own strength test machines base on the standard of ANS/BIFMA X5.4-2012 and EN 16139:2013 level 2. All Yumeya chairs come with a 10-year frame warranty and can bear more than 500lbs. Yumeya promise to replace a new chair within 10 years if the problem is casuing by structure problem. Our products passed the strict independent testing，it’s why our furniture has been known to last for over 10 years, even in the most demanding hospitality environments.
- Upholstery Machine
The upholstery machine use the air pressure instead of manpower to avoid difference to ensure standard. Cooperate with special mold to ensure the line of cushion is smooth and straight. The product with ingenious details can improve the experience and satisfaction of the clients. This is the value of advanced equipment.
- Automatic Transportation Line
The automatic transportation line connects all kinds of production, which can effectively save the cost and time of transportation. Meanwhile, it can effectively avoid the collision while transport,ensure all products are best protected.
- Water Curtain
This is an important device that is used in conjunction with the polishing process. Its function is to absorb dust and dirt generated during polishing. Through reducing dust particles from falling on the metal chair frame, thus achieving a smoother chair surface after powder coating. Consequently, it ensure production quality while protecting the factory environment.
