Is There an Apparent Trend of Armchair Psychologists Assigning BPD to Others (as in Say Narcissism)?

Armchairs are a staple piece of furniture in many homes. They come in various designs, materials, and colors, but their primary function remains the same - to provide a cozy and comfortable seating option. Whether you're an avid reader, a movie buff, or simply looking to unwind after a long day at work, an armchair is the perfect solution to maximize relaxation.

On the other hand, blog intros are the first impression readers get of a post. They are like the welcome mat that sets the tone for the remaining content of an article. Blog intros can range from a catchy headline to a touching personal story or a straightforward summary of the topic at hand. Regardless of the approach, blog intros have to be engaging enough to captivate the reader's attention and entice them to read further.

In conclusion, while armchairs provide physical comfort, blog intros serve as a gateway to stimulating content. Both are essential components in their respective fields and deserve equal attention and thought.

Jewel SimpsonThe public has recently become aware of borderline personalities and narcissism because of social media. Narcissism was added to the DSM in 1980 as an identifiable disorder, but most people were unaware of that, including many mental health providers.I was in an abusive relation with a narcissistic spouse for 30 years, but just thought he was a mean, drug addled a**hole. When I began reading about the identifying qualities of narcissists, it was like a powerful light shining on the confusion and misery of my life. Every trait described fit him to a tee. It was check, check, check. It was amazing to know that there were many of them, and that they are all the same and incurable. After being gas lighted and having my self esteem trampled for decades, I finally had validation. I learned everything I could, including reading over a dozen books, including scholarly publications.Since I am not a mental health professional (although I am a doctor), I am not bound by ethics to not diagnose someone I have not examined. Therefore, I am only expressing an educated opinion when I reach out to inform or help people who are still wondering why people who profess to love them treat them as if they hate them. Probably not everyone who writes a question about a narcissist is really dealing with one, but they feel abused and should get support and from other people who have been in the same situation. In addition, narcissism is a spectrum disorder, so its severity varies from mild to severe. Sometimes it is a close call, sometimes it is glaringly obvious.

1. Is there any way to "paint" or dye the fabric of an armchair?

Yes you can. But I would look at directions for use on furniture very carefully

2. What is a good synonym for ignorance when a question or answer shows a distinct lack of knowledge from so-called armchair experts who refuse to accept the information of real experts?

Every man is an expert in something. It sounds like biased may be what you're referring to as ignorance. I say this because ignorance is uneducated or unaware and even arm chair experts have information. The accuracy of any information can be sub par and even downright erroneous. Information can change over time also. The thing about Experts, is that any expert is a person who has personal opinions, and even with facts their own biases can create adversity. For a true thinker, analyzer, investigator, they're going to look at all of the information not just the information they deem correct or relevant. You see this in criminal court cases where experts are called in to provide testimony and each expert account of facts or evidence in the case is completely different. In this, you can have two experts look at the same evidence in a crime, the same facts, and come up with two completely different versions of what happened. The facts are the same but biases and personal believes have molded them into uniquely presented versions. The same goes for when information is given or when someone answers a question on Quora, and so whether it be an armchair expert or a PhD expert, the personal and unique expression of the facts can be very relevant depending on who is reading and learning. An expert is only an expert until another expert challenges his expertise. Facts are facts and if you can read around the messenger to the message you might find some armchair experts have some meaningful things to say. Besides, from some of the experts I've seen and heard say in news and such are completely ridiculous but most people believe without question because the word expert is in front of their name on the tv screen. We can learn from anyone. Even armchair experts. What is a good synonym for ignorance when a question or answer shows a distinct lack of knowledge from so-called armchair experts who refuse to accept the information of real experts?

3. To all you armchair economists out there, what is the biggest mistake our country made, economically speaking?

I am a real economist, and I can safely say that option 3 best sums up our economic demise. Although, I know all the armchair economists will disagree with me. But no worries, I've spent years studying economics and have a degree to prove it. Keynesian theory relies too much on criticism of the private sector and discourages free-market growth. The IS/LM model attempts to sum up Keynes theories. One only needs to look at the liquidity demand for money to understand that too much supply has adverse affects on the economy as a whole.

An armchair is a piece of furniture that's been around for centuries, and it's not losing its popularity any time soon. It's perfect for relaxing or reading a book, and it can add to the decor of any room. Whether you prefer a modern or classic style, there's an armchair for everyone.

On the other hand, blog-conclusions are a vital part of blogging. The conclusion is where the writer should sum up their article's main idea and persuade their audience to take action or provide useful feedback. A strong conclusion can make or break your blog's impact on the reader.

In conclusion, both armchairs and blog-conclusions serve important functions in their respective domains. An armchair gives you a comfortable place to sit and relax while a blog-conclusion helps you leave a lasting impression on your readers. One enhances your physical surroundings while the other enhances your digital presence. They both add value to our daily lives.
